Become a Family Institute Facilitator

Facilitators are the heartbeat of Family Institute. You’re not just teaching content, you’re creating space for families to grow, ask hard questions, and discover hope. If you have a heart for seeing families thrive, we want to walk with you.

What Facilitators Do

Your Role as a Facilitator

As a facilitator, you guide small groups through one of our four experiences. You don’t need to be an expert, you need to be present, prayerful, and willing to learn. We provide the training, the curriculum, and the ongoing support. You provide the heart.

You’ll meet with your group weekly (or bi-weekly), walk through the modules together, and create a safe space for honest conversation. Most facilitators spend 3-4 hours per week between prep and group time.

What you get: Full training, a facilitator community, ongoing support, and the joy of watching families change.

Join a Growing Movement

Over 10 trained facilitators are currently leading Family Institute experiences in Kenya and beyond. Here’s what one of them says:

"I didn't think I had what it took to lead, but Family Institute believed in me. Now I'm watching marriages heal and families grow stronger, and I get to be part of that story."
